Thank you for this class! Actually, I've been watching all of your classes and gained deep interest in Tai Chi. But after my ankle sprain I had to stop working out for 2 weeks. Now I'm getting back to movement and this class helped me join in! My ankle joints hot very relaxed after the class so thank you again))))
