One Wonderful Min - Ballet


In this class, we'll practice being present in each movement for just one minute. We'll perform ten separate movements, for three rounds. You'll finish class feeling energized and ready for whatever your day holds! You may want a chair, counter top, or wall to use for support in some of these movements.
