Low Impact Dance Flex

Shake it, flex it, show me what you've got! I've combined some fun dance moves with bodyweight strength training exercises for this low-impact session. You will need a chair for this routine as we will go from seated to standing position for portions of this routine. However, if you prefer to stay seated for the entirety of the routine, go for it! You do you, love. Warmup and cool down included.
