This is my first class and Im definitely glad I joined!! So much more enjoyable not constantly worrying a video will suddenly get too hard for my body.

Thank you! I'm feeling much looser now! Question: is there a modification for tiger pose? I don't have the range of motion to grab my ankle like that even when standing, but I know my quads could use the stretch. Any recommendations?
