Why Kris teaches: "I believe in attainable movement that inspires vs. something that feels impossible... something that invokes joy, laughter, confidence, and satisfaction in what our bodies can do. I teach to empower my students (& myself!) to be mindful and present in their movements, to have autonomy over their bodies and to feel connected to a community that fiercely celebrates everything they have to offer.”
