Love what she has to say, love how sweaty and well stretched I felt after the workout. She seems just a bit self conscious which was very slightly distracting. Still, love her self deprecating humor and would totally be her friend.

I love Kanoa's energy and positivity! She makes it so easy to just sit down and get a work out in. I have no excuses if I can just sit down in front of my computer after work and get a high energy 20 minutes in.
