Loved everything about this except for the triceps dip. I would have liked to see suggestions for modifications there.

I really love the clear instructions and positive energy from Lyndsie! I like having many seated routines to try and I will keep this in my routine... the only problem was the seated tricep dips ... I would like an alternative as this is too difficult and I also have one sore wrist. Thanks!
