As someone who hasn't had a child but hasn't done strength training in a while the exercises in this video were good, but personally a little slow moving and short for me.

A great, short workout and stretch for my (2 years) post-natal body. After 3 kids, I could definitely tell Elsa chose the right areas for me to work on with this video. Looking forward to making this a regular watch.
