As someone with anxiety I really loved this calm approach. I was searching for cardio but I found a physical meditation. I still worked up a moderate sweat! I get anxiety sometimes about how exercise feels (sweaty, hot, sometimes aches and pains, etc) and found Collette very calming and I will take Collette's words with me farther than just this video! Focusing on my body warmth and circulation was very nice. Thanks Collette!

This wasn't what I expected, but I really enjoyed it. At first, my body felt awkward with the moves, but then I felt the opening afterwards and it was terrific. Yet another excellent video!
