Me: I can just jump straight into 9.3, don't even need to try the other levels Kanoa, immediately: let's do some pushups But hey, no arm circles!! (as a note: Kanoa says we're doing reps for this workout, but she doesn't actually tell you how many reps you're going to do for most of them)
