This was one of my first times doing a HIIT workout since taking a much needed break from compulsive exercise. I appreciated how positive Kanoa was and that the focus is on moving your body at a level you're comfortable with rather than pushing yourself to extremes. Thank you Kanoa and Join team!

I've been waiting for this - so excited for phase two (I have finally fixed my name - the previous reviews were under Rachel Miller)!! I miss the calf raises - but just because I liked having a thing I was good at - I can tell 7.3 is going to kick (and tone) my butt! (7.3 is not out yet right? I searched but did not see it - no rush on it, they just sometimes all get uploaded together so I wanted to check)
