I love this series and Kanoa! Love that I can mix it up with intensity levels. I'm early in the series so far but I hope we can do some core work soon, I need the encouragement :D.

Love this series so much, Kanoa is so much fun and it doesn't matter what level you're at, the moves can be modified.
