I’d like to echo Lauren and Ollie. That calf stretch was the hardest part for me, way above my capacity, and I’d love more specific descriptions of each video in the series!!

4.1 was awesome. I love the quad stretch on the stool. That stretch is always something I hated because I felt terrible that I couldn't hold my leg behind me well. THANK YOU!
