This is my first Joyn workout, and I can't tell you how thrilled I am to have found this program. Kanoa's energy, positivity, and inclusive attitude made this workout extra special. I broke a sweat, but I had fun doing it (which is rare for me because I've been Team Anti-Exercise for almost my entire life!).

Perfect! I kind of randomly chose level 2 - mid but it seems like it was perfect for me. Energizing more than tiring (though certainly took a lot of effort!) and a great way to break up my work day.
