Back on the focused power train after a few weeks of rest after a pregnancy loss. This workout made me feel so strong and ready to move again. The sequences really flew by and I couldn’t believe we were done already. Such yummy stretches at the end too. I love all your encouragement, Kanoa! I’m so excited for phase 3!
