Barre Breakdown: The Workout!


Ready for the workout? This video is about 20 minutes long and incorporates the postures from this Barre Breakdown series: 2nd Position Plie & The Glute Kickback. We'll add a warm-up and a bit of arm exercises to round it out. Enjoy! You'll need a chair or surface to provide support and a set of light dumbbells if you have them (no worries if not - use canned goods, water bottles or no props required!).

I am really loving these barre workouts! A bit intense, but not too intense. I like how they work on my hips since hip range of motion really helps the arthritis in them.
