Great stretches to do in between all these remote video meetings everyone is having these days! Thank you Georgina! For those who may find the wheel painful, I do think it takes a bit of time to get used to, mostly because of how stiff your muscles probably are. But I do think Georgina's use of the wheel here is a good intro for beginners to the wheel.
