This quick 5-minute mini jam uses simple, fun dance movements to give you an effective lower body workout. You do not need any equipment for this workout as we will be using the momentum of our own body weight to help train our muscles. This dance session may be short, but you will be feeling it by the end! You can either do this session on its own, add it to another movement session, or combine it with the other mini jams for a full-body workout. (Warm-up and cool down not included.)
