A very slow and gentle stretch session... great before a day at the computer. I didn't love the "straddle" the chair but I was relieved when the alternative was provided. I was hoping for a few more stretches (there was a lot of focus on breath work). I am so glad joyn has more seated movement sessions. Carly gives clear instructions and has a calm, encouraging energy... thank you Carly!
