Shake it, flex it, show me what you've got! I've combined some fun dance moves with bodyweight strength training exercises for this Dance Flex session. Some folks may prefer to use a yoga mat or additional hand weights for some portions of this routine- totally up to you! Warmup and cool down included.

Toughest routine of Sarah’s that I’ve done, but it felt so good to have my muscles burn and to sweat! Needed to blow off some anxiety and this definitely did the job!
